I never had a permit for judo jujitsu, kendo, kyudo, iaido, naginata, sport chanbara
Choose “Je n’ai jamais été licencié”.
Please enter your name, Christian name, gender, date of birth, address, e-mail. Click on “Suivant”.
Choose “Kendo” in the drop-down menu. For postcode, type “38” in.
Choose the club you want. We are “Meylan Kendo Ryu”.
Please check the informations.
You will need to read the different documents (insurance + data protection act). You can refuse the insurance for personnel accident and you will only have to pay 34,70€, instead of 37€.
Pay attention to the type of medical certificate : sportif en compétition (if your medical certificate authorises you to compete : “y compris en compétition”) ; sportif (if you can compete) ; non pratiquant (if you are sport commissioner).
Validate : the club will receive your permit form and the permit will be validated as soon as the payment is made.

Please enter your address and your email address.
If you had already a permit at Meylan Kendo Club (formerly Meylan Kendo Ryu), simply confirm.
If you were in another club, check the box “changer de club” and type “38240” in for postcode. You will be able to choose Meylan’s kendo club.

For renewals, you can give a fitness certificate if you have given a medical certificate the previous year AND all the answers to the questionnaire are “NO” -> please choose “Questionnaire” in the drop-down menu.
