Friday 28 September :

  • Departure from Grenoble before 15h00 (the latest)
  • Arrival at Milano Dojo before 19h00

  • Training from 20h00 to 22h00
    • Taiso
    • Kihon
    • Waza no Keiko
    • Ji-geiko
  • Meal together
  • Night stay at the dojo (10.00 €/nuit/person)
    • Yoga mats are available on place
    • Not to forget : pillow, sleeping bag…

 

Saturday 29 September:

  • Training from 10h00 to 12h00
    • Taiso
    • Kendo no Kata
    • Shogun no Sensou
  • Meal together
  • Transfer, by car, to Sesto San Giovanni to take the subway

 

  • Milano city centre
    1. Duomo place
    2. Duomo cathedral
    3. Vittorio Emanuele II gallery
    4. San Satiro Church with its « trompe l’œil »
    5. San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore Church and its frescoes
    6. Milano imperial palace ruins
      • Western Roman empire capital from 286 to 402 AD
  • Way back to Sesto San Giovanni by subway
  • Dinner and way back to the Dojo to sleep

 

Sunday 30 September :

  • Waking up at 08h00, breakfast
  • To be chosen :
    1. Back to Grenoble or
    2. Transfer to, by car, to Sesto San Giovanni to take the subway
  • If choice n. 2 :
  • 2nd visit to Milano city center
    1. San Babila place
    2. Corso Venezia going up to admire Casa Fontana-Silvestri
      • Only from the outside; is the oldest private building in Milano (XIIth century)
    3. The « Fashion Triangle »
      • Via Della Spiga, Via Sant’Andrea, Via Montenapoleone
    4. From Corso Vittorio Emanuele II to Piazza Duomo
    5. Via Orefici with Piazza dei Mercanti and the «Broletto»
      • Milano old court  (XIIIth century)
    6. From via Dante to château Sforza (XVth century)
    7. Way back to Sesto San Giovanni by subway
    8. Lunchtime and way back to Grenoble
